The Evolution of Darwin Beach

Next Event Date TBD

(Likely in September)

Once the next event date is confirmed, we will update the information here and on social media. When we do, come join us for the next invasive species removal & beach cleanup to see how our marine ecosystems are all connected.

Join MORAES on Darwin Beach to learn how removing invasive vegetation and marine debris benefits the entire marine ecosystem. Wedged between the University of Miami's Rosenstiel School & Miami Seaquarium, this slice of beach is littered with invasive plants and marine debris that volunteers will help document and remove. The goal is to help return this beach to a thriving native habitat.
